About me

Your friendly East London developer đź––

Ahoy, Stef here!

I'm a 30-something elder emo/pinup who started my coding journey back on MySpace (the good MySpace days). After many moons and realising those days may never return, I started learning to code properly. So here we are!

After 16 years in operations within asset management, I’ve made a career shift into front-end development, including developing Shopify sites for multiple small businesses.

I'm currently open to remote, hybrid, or London-based opportunities—I'd love to hear what you're working on!

Where do I live? East London.
Where will you find me? Usually lurking in coffee shops or fooderies.
What do I love? Food, travel and bad puns. Recommendations on where to see or things to eat are welcomed! Back in 2015 I started Fork My Piehole - a blog to document my love affair with grub and it's where I accidentally taught myself how to use WordPress!
